We’re very proud of Valeria’s renovation of a circa 1905 American Four Square home in the up-and-coming Mountain View Neighborhood in downtown Roanoke.

The restoration project team partnered with the city’s Architectural Review Board to maintain the integrity of the original structure while adding modern conveniences:

  • Original exterior paint colors were identified and applied.
  • The original hardwood floors were restored throughout the home, and original windows were maintained.
  • The home also features two back porches and a rocking-chair front porch that create opportunities to enjoy all four seasons to the fullest.
  • New plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, appliances, custom cabinetry and much more.
